AMDGPU vs. Radeon DRM On Linux 4.13 For AMD GCN 1.0/1.1 GPUs

With past AMDGPU vs. Radeon kernel tests on past Linux releases, we have seen AMDGPU regressions on some of these cards too. In Metro Last Light Redux is one of the workloads where the R9 290 performs as expected on the Radeon DRM driver.

The R9 290 on Radeon vs. AMDGPU is similar here with OpenArena while some of the other cards are still seeing lower frame-rates out of AMDGPU.
