NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 To RTX 4060 GPU Compute & Renderer Performance On Linux

First up are the OctaneBench results where the GeForce RTX 4060 comes out 26% faster than the GeForce RTX 3060, but is just 92% the speed of the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card.

At least when calculating the performance-per-Watt, the OctaneBench results with the GeForce RTX 4060 is a very nice upgrade over prior generation graphics cards. The RTX 4060 was at 3.3x the performance-per-Watt of the once very popular GeForce RTX 1060 graphics card.

The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti continued leading over the GeForce RTX 4060 in the LuxCore render benchmarks.

At least this Ada Lovelace GPU is looking good generationally with its power efficiency improvements.
