Linux Leading Over Early Windows 11 Benchmarks For AMD Ryzen 9 5950X Performance

For ParaView workstation visualization tests, in some of the rendering tests the performance was quite close between Windows and Linux but for some of the test cases the Windows performance with AMD's drivers were performing better than the open-source stack on Linux.

In a few benchmarks like LC0 there was better performance on Windows 11 over Windows 10, which in the case of this neural network chess benchmark meant Windows 11 outperforming Ubuntu Linux by a narrow margin.

In a few cases like WebP image encode performance the early Windows results were regressed compared to Windows 10 in its current shape.

In some of the OpenJDK 11 benchmarks across platforms, Windows 11 was also showing some current performance regressions over Windows 10.
