First up is BioShock Infinite, which was finally released for Linux in March, two years after the Windows / OS X premiere.

With this testing there were issues in getting the Radeon HD 6870/6950 graphics cards to run stable for this game on Ubuntu 15.04 with the latest binary drivers. However, all of the AMD GCN GPUs ended up running... Albeit very slow. Back when BioShock Infinite made its Linux debut, the AMD Catalyst Linux performance was slow (https://www.phoronix.com/vr.php?view=21558) and three months later there's been no Linux driver out with significant optimizations for this game that came to Windows in 2013.

Like BioShock Infinite, Civilization: Beyond Earth is still going through some AMD Catalyst Linux issues. CivBE has been out for Linux since last year and the AMD graphics cards with the newest AMD Catalyst Linux driver did run the game, but there was incorrect rendering that led to inaccurate results.
