Numpy performance is better than Comet Lake but still behind Zen 3.

Aside from lower Numpy performance, in some of the general Python scripting benchmarks the Rocket Lake parts did manage to compete or offer similar performance to AMD Zen 3.

Additionally, Intel Rocket Lake continued deliver much better PHP language performance than Zen 3 -- at least for single-threaded development test cases. Obviously if you were running any SOHO web server on your consumer CPU, the Ryzen CPUs with the higher core counts would be the better bet for multiple users.

Even for some single-threaded workloads like DeepSpeech, FLAC audio encoding, LAME MP3 audio encoding, and NGSPICE circuit simulators, the AMD Zen 3 processors were performing better than Rocket Lake.
